We have been SO busy the past week getting everything just perfect for our space at the Dallas Decorator Showhouse in partnership with Traditional Home Magazine. If you all remember, we first shared we were going to be a part of the Dallas Showhouse earlier this year, and this weekend is the big opening! The showhouse will be open to the public on Sunday, September 24th! Click HERE to find out how to purchase tickets and support the Alzheimer’s Association!
We had the pleasure of designing the upstairs game room and game room bath. I have named this room THE PALM LOUNGE. While a few things have changed along the way, below is the rendering of our space. This room is also debuting the first designs for my fabric and wallpaper collection launching in Spring of 2018 with Design Legacy. You will get a sneak peek of two of our patterns in different scales and colorways, so you don’t want to miss this fun space we have designed.
A room like this doesn’t come to fruition without many partners along the way. I want to offer a HUGE thank you to the following sponsors of my room::
Highland House Furnishings (all upholstery, side tables and console)
Kelly O’Neal – Artist (Palm art)
Made Goods (gaming accessories and other items)
Moet (official sponsor of libations)
Scout Design Studio (Barstools and other vintage items I have purchased from them)
The Rug Company
Currey & Co. (lamps and lighting)
SRT Designs (my amazing drapery workroom)
Mia Malcolm (bar artwork)
Kacie’s Designs (my fab wallpaper installer)
Lisa Jarvis (cabinetry hardware)
Kimberly Whitman/Halo Home (custom embroidered linens)
Stop by the showhouse between September 24th and October 22nd to check out all the rooms that were designed by designers across the US! There are so many fun spaces for you to see and I’ll be sharing how we pulled the room together with a timelapse video playing in our room. So much fun to watch!!
We hope to see you there!
