Can you tell I have one thing on the brain lately? I am prepping the menu for my Christmas party and I am serving my favorite dish – raw oysters. So many decisions to make and since I am on a deadline I need help. Which is your favorite? Lemon juice? Cocktail sauce? Mignonette? Lime? Diavolo sauce? I just can’t decide:
